TPS563209: TPS563209 - output voltage slightly raising up in normal operation

Dear team,

We use TPS563209 for 12Vin to 1.2Vout/3A application. We measured start up waveform, and find output voltage slightly raising up in constant load current(3A).

Schematic follow datasheet and EVM design. And this abnormal waveform cannot be found during light load startup.

Could you share your comments about this waveform with us?

Hi Shuai,

Yes, as red circle in the picture. We can find voltage slightly raising up with 3A load cuurent.

But in no-load waveform measurement, it's normal.
