->there are failure mode in this document, but didn't show the failure distribution.

->I think this is MTBF FIT rate for reliability, we are looking for functional safety FIT rate.

We found these documents are not exist. TI has a team named "Product Safety Advisory Team (PSAT)" to create these documents by a JIRA task created by TI Sales Team. I'll email you TI internal links for the instructions for Sales Team.
