My customer is considering MC33063A and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

Vth-Full range is described in the data sheet P.5 7.6 Electrical characteristics.(1.21Vmin ~ 1.29Vmax)

Which is MIN (1.21V) or MAX (1.29) when the ambient temperature is high (85 ° C)?

Hi Shinichi,

Thank you for using E2E forums, regarding your question I am a little bit confused but I think you are asking is the Vth min 1.21V and 1.29V max is for what Operating free-air temperature, and the answer for that would be the full range of TA, which is -40 C to 85 C. So for 85 C of TA the Vth max is 1.29 V and min is 1.21 V.

I understand Vth(max) at 85deg can be either 1.21V or 1.29V.

It's like a offset voltage of ope-amp.
