BQ25600C: bq25600C - How to have the battery charger and data to a microcontroller simultaneously, like a cell phone

We are in a project using the bq25600C battery charger, this requires connecting the D+ and D- signals to it, but I require that it can also be connected to a microcontroller and have simultaneous data transfer and battery charger, a USB type C connector is going to be used for this project.

Questions:

1. For this I require a especial USB HUB, power controller  or I can connect it in parallel D+ and D- to both devices.

2. I need an additional circuit or IC

3. There is a design reference to be able to implement it.
