we want to evaluate TPS7A8101 quiescent power but i doesn't find it in the datasheet.
I just found IGND, so could you please tell me which parameter can get quiescent power in datasheet?

Ignd and Iq are the same parameter, Iq is just a subset of Ignd where the part is at no load or a minimum load. Ignd encompasses the term for ground current for all load conditions of the LDO. You can see the trend for this LDO in the graph below. Your quiescent current will be at 100uA.
