Hello,

That EVM was designed many years ago, prior to 2004. I was unable to find the design files. However, the UCC28950 is a phase shifted full bridge controller with similar function to the UCC2895. The following link will bring you to 600 W evaluation module using the UCC28950 that uses gate drive transformers similar to the UCC2895.

The Gerber files for the power board (HPA442B) and daughter board (HPA471B) are attached.
