I have a circuit challenge.
The voltage should be limited at a high-impedance ADC input without influencing the high-impedance measurement signal.
The problem should be solved with a shunt regulator (REF431).
In the data sheet, the characteristic curves are not very meaningful.
I need the current I_KA at 1V / 100°C, V_KA=V_REF .
It is known that I_LIM is not reached.
However, the clamping current at V_KA = +1V is still lower than with a normal silicon diode.
