In data sheet given case thermal resistance but we need case temperature vale.

HI Modi:

you ask other two parts in the E2E, you need have a powerloss first which you need specific the input and output condition.

and case temperature is Tcase=Tj-ΨJT *powerloss, Tj=Ta+ThetaJA*Powerloss
