You can find some information for the inductor selection on section '10.1.2.1 Inductor Selection' of the datasheet (TPS6281x-Q1 2.75-V to 6-V Adjustable-Frequency Step-Down Converter datasheet (Rev. I) (ti.com)).

To give you some background, for our device with integrated compensation, we prefer not to give a formula to compute the inductance, but to clarify the recommended inductance range. You should choose an inductor within this ranges to meet typical stability and transient performance requirements. 

In particular this device has been optimized for a nominal 0.47-µH inductor with a switching frequency of typically 2.25 MHz.

yes, i try to use WEBENCH to simply simulate the parameter. The same question for this part, so, for 2.233MHz frequency, if no dedicated formula to calculate, we just select nominal  0.47uH for all application, not care for the output voltage and out current?

Yes, since the compensation network has optimized for a 0.47uH inductor, I would advise to choose a value close to it.

0.47uH should be ok for all the recommended VOUT/IOUT ranges.
