LMG3411R050: Is there a way to Reset FAULT pin?

Part Number: LMG3411R050
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28379D, LMG3411EVM-018, LMG34XX-BB-EVM

Hello,

We have a Full Bridge circuit using LMG3411R050 which is unable to receive PWM signal as the FAULT LED is activated (FAULT pin Active Low). The switches are powered with 12V isolated supply. We have attempted to reset all the isolated power supplies, and they are working fine. But we are unable to reset the FAULT pin.

Is there a way to RESET the FAULT Pin of LMG3411R050?

Note:

  1. The switches are not burnt out. The full bridge has not been tested so far at high power.
  2. The PWM signals from Microcontroller (TMS320F28379D) are available but does not reach to GaN switch as the FAULT signal is ANDed with PWM for protection.
