    Our TPS22811 device would be a good alternative as long as your Input voltage is greater than 2.7V. This device's input voltage range is 2.7V to 16V, with a 10A maximum current from IN to OUT. This device also has quick output discharge, low Ron (6mohm), adjustable undervoltage lockout threshold (UVLO), and load current monitoring features.
