Do all gate drivers have the same desat voltage? Does this voltage suit SiC MOSFET?

    Hi Jass,

    Thanks for your interest in UCC21750Q part DESAT feature.

    UCC21750 family DESAT protection threshold is typical is 9.15V. However it can be adjusted with external components, by putting in high voltage diode, resistor, and Zener diode (optional).
