TPS715: What's up with the "HPA" versions?

Hi team,

I noticed there are versions of the TPS715 like the HPA00328DCKR that are on ti.com, but there's no information. No quality data, no reference in the datasheet, no history that I can find.

What's up with these devices? Are they a special version?
