I have found data sources of failure rate namely:

1) www.ti.com/.../estimator.tsp

2) https://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp?OPN=REF3040AIDBZT&CPN=&partNumber=REF3040#resultstable

Which number should I apply in my analysis? Could you clarify all underlined ones. Thank you.

Thank you. I know that both are related to the same chip. But my questions is why they are different? On the site there is 1.5 FIT but in the file you can see 4 FIT.
