UC1843: COMP pin of one of the controllers to the COMP pin of the other

Hi Experts, 

Good day. I am posting this concern on behalf of the customer.

Below is the customer's full transcript of the inquiry.

"I would like to use two UC1843 in multiphase operation and provide a current sharing thanks to the COMP pin of the controller.

Is it possible to directly connect the COMP pin of one of the controllers to the COMP pin of the other in order to share the same current set point?"

    Marvin,

    Assuming the customer can work out the SYNC scheme between the two controllers, they should be able to realize relatively good current sharing by simply connecting the COMP pins together as is being suggested. This is true as long as they controllers are operating in peak current mode control.
