I already found FIT rate on TI website but could not find failure mode of TL5001A-Q1. Could you help me to find the contents below about TL5001A-Q1?

    I have checked our internal database and I found that this kind of document does not exist for the TL5001A-Q1.

    Please ask your local FAE or sales representative to request the creation of the functional safety documentation for the TL5001A-Q1.
