The power is taken mainly from a servo motor connected to 5V. The servo motor makes the microcontroller reset due to low power. But it did not in one of my first design. (see Gerber file attached).

The layout on V2.1 is poor, the components are all far away from device which causes larger switching loop. And Cout is far away from Vout pin which is catastrophic. Can you show the waveforms at150mA(maximum output current situation) of Vin, Vout, SW, iL. Thanks.

For above layout, the Cout is a bit far away from the Vout pin. If you can put it closer to device, it will be much better.
Can you disconnect with other devices from the output of the device, and estimate the device separately?

Can you disconnect TPS61032 from other devices, like the picture below and test the output current and output voltage with different loading current?
