Could you advice either integrated or discrete solution for this case?

Hi,

Perhaps you can take a look at this USB Type C app note (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snvaa33/snvaa33.pdf). This shows a way to dynamically control the output voltage by controlling the injection current into the feedback pin.
