I recommend looking at REF35 which is in a 6-pin SOT package as well.

REF35 replaces and provides key advantages to our older devices such as REF30 and REF33:

• Designed for precision 12-16 bit data converters including 
• ±0.05% Accuracy
• 10ppm/◦C temperature coefficient
• 8µVpp/V of 1/f noise
• 20ppm Thermal Hysteresis
• Offered in 10 voltage options from 1 to 5V

In that case REF3325 is your best bet.
