TPS92410: Maximum output power

Hi Experts,

My customer is looking an LED driver for up to 150W driving, stack voltage up to 170V.

I am seeing these parts:

The customer requirement is actually for 4 different watt.
Those are 60W , 80W ,100W,150W. Can arrange led pieces according to driver chip.
It can be 170V -0,35A for 60W.

Can these will work for such amount of power?

Would you mind sharing more project information? what is the potential input voltage? what is the LED configuration or total LED number? Basically, TPS92410 and TPS92561 are controllers and can output up to 1A and 2A depending on real operation condition. If more project information can be provided, I can check if there is any better choice as these two devices are quite old.

Thanks for supporting. From Cx:

Voltage is main supply so its 230V AC. The goal is 140W maximum (will design different values either) so and I thinking if I drive each LED about 2,8V - 700mA . I have to use 70 power led (Samsung-LH351C) roughly as result if you have any idea for these your could you help me?

hi ArTzy

I double checked TPS92561 and found that this is actually a boost controller. while after rectifier, the peak voltage is like 230V*1.414, which is for sure high than output LED string voltage (even series all 70LEDs) . I think TPS92410 would be more suitable. You can refer to the reference with 50W below. For higher power rating, 2 or more modules can be added.
