LM5146-Q1: Can this device use with SiC FET?

As the LM5146 is a 100V controller, we typically do not see use of SiC FETs, especially as some need negative gate drive. The performance of conventional 100V silicon FETs has improved recently, especially from Onsemi and Infineon (let me know if you need FET recommendations). Take a look at the LM5145 EVM (5V/20A/225kHz) as a starting point.
