LMR50410: design review

Hi Team,

We have designed in LMR50410XFDBVR ( Buck Converter ) to our BT2CAN Module.

Unfortunately under Prototype Board bring up, we do not manages to get the LMR50410XFDBVR to functional correctly.

FB ( pin 3 ) in our application is set to give 6 volt out ( 6.8k/34k ).

Output is 4.6 volt with 12 volt input, and output voltage go up/down with input voltage ( no regulation ), at 17 volt input, output voltage go to 0 Volt. ( We have tested 5 prototype PCBA’s, all with same behave ).

Can we kindly ask your advice to fix the issue.

Additional to the LMR50410XFDBVR circuit integrated on our B2CAN prototype PCBA, we have build-up the circuit with reference to TI EVM on breadboard, the breadboard circuit behave identical to our B2CAN integration of LMR50410XFDBVR.

We see TI has a EVM PCBA MFN# LMR50410QEVM, can we urgent kindly ask one EVM PCBA and 5 spare LMR50410XFDBVR.
