Hi,
I can't find Vin to SW positive and negative voltage spec, could you please provide it? Thanks.

Hi Jim,
Are you referring to the ABS max ratings for VIN and SW? You can find this in section 7.1 of the datasheet.

Hi John,
What I need is Vin to SW ABS max and min spec. Customer measure high side MOSFET Vds and would like to know whether the result in spec.
Hi Jim,
We don't spec the VDS of the high side FET. This is guaranteed by keeping the VIN and SW within their ABS max ratings.

Hi John,
Got it.
How about VIN to SW (HS FET) negative voltage spec?
Customer measured negative voltage is -0.89V, if use below spec, the test result is fail.
Do we have AC spec same as SW (LS FET) -3V 100ns?
Hi Jim,
The -3V AC spec for SW is valid for min/max VIN. Is the measured -0.89V on SW with respect to GND? And is it an AC spike? If yes I don't see this as a problem. As there will a voltage drop across the body diode of the LS FET during commutation from LS FET to HS FET
Best regards,
Varun
Hi John,
-0.89 is measured on VIN to SW.
So I can use -3V 100ns for VIN to SW negative spec, right?
Hi John,

Hi Jim,
The -3V spec is for SW to GND. Can you ask the customer to check both VIN and SW with respect to GND?
