TPS2H160-Q1: Voltage range of operation

Hello team,

For my application, I need an high side switch to switch 5V supply to single load consuming less than 500mA of current.

Can you please confirm if TPS2H160 IC can be effectively used for a 5V switching?

Hello Srilakshmi,

The TPS2H160 has a recommended operating condition for supply voltage ranging from 4V to 40V so in your case, 5V would work well.

It may also be beneficial to take a look at our load switches portfolio to see if one of the switches there better suits your application.

The TPS1H160-Q1 has the same recommended operating condition for supply voltage ranging from 4V to 40V. So in your case, 5V would work here as well.
