We found that there is no LG18650(3350MAH) database in the BQ Evaluation Software Version 0.9.59 downloaded from the official website. We used to use LG18650(2200MAH), but due to production suspension, So we need to change it to LG18650(3350MAH), is there any way?

Hello Bao,

You should use the GPCCHEM tool to find the best matched chemistries for your batteries. You should re-run a learning cycle after updating to new batteries.

At the end of the installation of GPCCHEM software, there is no BQ20Z70 we are using. What should I choose?

Hello Bao,

BQStudio does not support this device because of it's age, you have to use the software linked on the product page: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc105

Also the GPCCHEM tool is different than BQStudio, you submit your data logs to it and it will email back a list of the best matching chem IDs, follow the guide on the GPCCHEM webpage.
