BQ25703A: ACOV raised but VBUS is 20V

Hello TI support team

We are suffering an issue with the BQ25703A, we have a VBus at 20V but the ACOV fault is raised... Is there any possible reason for that ?

Hi Tiger,

We found the issue, we had a bad connection on the ACN and ACP pins. But... how ACN and ACP connections can affect the VBUS measurement ? it is not described as is in the datasheet.

Glad to hear the issue was found. Without knowing the circuitry details, I could not comment on the failure mode.
