For the "LO output not in specification - voltage or timing" failure mode. Could this result in an output voltage of 20V or greater?

I an not certain what "not in specification" actually means in this case.

Hello Andy,

For the "LO output not in specification" case we would assume that the voltage on the LO pin can be as high as any voltage supplied to the part via any of its pins.
