The requested info for the TPS3779-Q1 is not readily available unfortunately.

Would you be willing to consider the TPS38-Q1 which is the next gen replacement of the TPS3779-Q1? All the functional safety info you are requesting is available on the link provided earlier (go to technical documentations tab for the Functional Safety docs). The TPS38-Q1 functions the same as TPS3779-Q1 so would highly recommend this part to consider.

i found a document in TPS38-Q1 page. it is "TPS37-Q1 and TPS38-Q1Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA", can i use it for TPS3779-Q1?

Unfortunately the Functional Safety Docs is only for TPS37-Q1 & TPS38-Q1 and does not apply to TPS3779-Q1.
