UCC21520: MOS reverse recovery effect of body diode: Vds hign dv/dt

Part Number: UCC21520

In the process of MOS switching, due to the application's need, the inverter's turn-off current is about 15A, which leads to the high switching speed and Vds overshoot in the process of diode continuing. May I ask how to smooth the overshoot and what adverse effects this overshoot will have( theVgs waveform is normal and there is no Miller oscillation)
