DCP020515D: Unconnected Pins

Hi,

the DCP02 series dc-dc-converter has several pins marked as NC (not connected) in the datasheet.

Does NC mean, that they are not internally bonded to anything and it is safe to connect those pins with adjacent pins ?

E.g. in my current layout it could make sense to connect the pins 26 & 27 to pins 2 & 3.

Hi Marcel,

It is possible that the NC pins are labeled NC but may have internal connections, or may be true no connect pins. Let me check internally to see if they are true no connect.

Hi Marcel,

I just got the information back from the team. I believe what you can do is by testing the voltage of the NC pins, and then checking the resistance between the PGND and SGND pin. It should be large if it is floating.
