regarding this IC

i want to know its protection cutoff volatge.

i mean inside this IC there would a zener diode for protection purpose, i want to know its breakdown voltage.

    Hello Bathula,

    Do you mean an ESD protection diode or some cutoff zener? The output voltage will follow VDD and doesn't have any zener or anything to limit it to a certain voltage. The VDD isn't clamped with a zener either. So please elaborate on what you mean and I will try to share the information.
