Hello there!

I need an alternative part number for  CSD18543Q3A N-channel MOSFET which is being used in switching regulators. I tried finding in mouser , digikey, TI and others but couldn't find the suitable footprint fit, so i need help.

The alternative part shall be: 

  •  Available in TI, Digikey, Mouser etc., with stock at least 50 units.
  • Mechanically fit i.e., footprint dimensions, because the board is already done and i need to solder it in place.
  • Electrically fit i.e., Vds & Ids

I have also attached the design where this part is used for reference.

    Hello Arvidn m,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. This CSD18543Q3A is our only 60V FET in 3.3 x 3.3mm SON package. The only other TI alternative in that type of package is the CSD19537Q3 (100V NFET, 14.5mΩ max at VGS = 10V) which should be footprint compatible with the CSD18543Q3A. I am fairly certain that there are similar offerings from TI's competitors but I am not familiar with their products and would suggest you use cross referencing tools available on their websites or at digikey/mouser, etc.
