About ESD Ratings spec as following screenshot, Q1 is just as same as non-Q1.
Could you please let me know the difference between JS-001 and JEP155/157 's standard?
Q1

Yes, Understand that the filed is difference. I really want to know the detail about these 2 different standards. I cannot find JEP155 as free document, but in datasheet, Q1 & non-Q1 ESD rating seems like same, even the standards are difference.
Hi yoko
JEP155/157 focus on ESD HBM/CDMcontrol, design, application, etc. while JS-001 focus on the HBM test procedure and test setup. You can find the standard in the JEDEC website. Home | JEDEC
It is normal for auto and non-auto devices to have the same ESD level. We leave some margin for what we documented in the datasheet. The value in the datasheet is very conservative.
Best regards.
