Our customer need to make sure that VSS pin is operating in absolute max rating. Would you please let us know VSS absolute max rating.
When I looked at the block diagram, it seems VSS ties to substrate \via back to back diode. Do we understood -0.3V to +0.3V is the absolute max rating.
