IIC cannot communicate normally, MCU reads chip data, the chip does not respond, and oscilloscope waveform is normal. What is the reason? Or do you need some configuration?

Hi,

Have you checked I2C address is correct? Correct is 0x60. Also that there is input voltage high and NRST high as well? And there is no other device in the bus using same address?

Schematics looks ok by quickly reviewing.
