TPS53513: VIN to SW negative spec?

Hi,

I can't find VIN-SW (HS FET Vds) spec in datasheet.

Do we spec the max voltage rating?

My customer measured -6.72 negative voltage on VIN-SW, is that OK?

    Hello Jim, 

    Are you within the recommended range with respect to IC GND for SW and VIN? 

    Typically we do not spec VIN to SW but at the same time we do not want it to be below ~-3V for more than few ns. 

    let's start with measuring VIN and SW to GND, can you provide that plot. 

    Also, let's make sure the measurement are done properly with Diff probe and short leads.
