TPS628501-Q1: Verify operating current when device is in skip mode with light load

Part Number: TPS628501-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62813-Q1

Can you help to  verify operating current at 25 degrees C when device is in skip mode with light load (~10mA) for the following buck switching regulator low voltage (BSR-LV) devices?

  • TPS628501-Q1 5V -> 0.75V (feedback 24.9k/100k)
  • TPS62813-Q1 5V -> 1.8V  (feedback 100k/49.9k)
  • Hi Bob,

    Thanks for your question.

    As first approximation, you can refer either to the efficiency plots in the datasheet or, optimizing according to specific BOM and working conditions, to the models that you can find in the product page.

    Thanks,

    Stefano
