UCC38084: Synching Two PWMs.

Hi Team, 

Is there a simple way to sync two UCC38084D's using a minimal number of external components?  There is no external pin for the oscillator cap, but possibly the ramp signals on one of the other pins might facilitate the function I need.

    Hi,

    There is no effective way to make frequency synchronization for UCC28084 due to the clock timing capacitor is inside and not accessible externally to force its voltage to reach its thresholds.

    If f-sync is needed in your design, you may consider a different push-pull PWM controller with its clock timing capacitor accessible. For example, UCC2808a-2.
