Hi,
I wanted to get footprint information for the BQ25505RGR IC and for that I went to the webpage : https://www.ti.com/product/BQ25505?keyMatch=BQ25505RGRR&tisearch=search-everything&usecase=OPN
In the section CAD/CAE symbol, I clicked on View options.
On the new page that open, I selected the options for Altium Designer.
Then I open the PcbLib file to see the footprint and I noticed that there is no solder paste (in grey) on the pins 1 to 20 but only on the thermal pad.
Is there something I did wrong?
What are the rectangles on the silkscreen in front of pin 10 and 20?
