Hello,
At our project we need to supply VREF for DDR3 reference pin, and also to the MCU DDR_VREF pin.
The DDR_VREF pin current consumption can be at the maximum state 1mA.
1. Can the LP2998 VREF output supply this amount of current?
2. Can the LP2998 can be used in order to supply only the VREF rail, and the VTT output is floating?
