We are using the TPS60400QDBVRQ1 inverter now in one of our product type in my company.
This is a product that has an operating temperature of -40 degrees to +125 degrees.
We now want to use this inverter for a new product that is now being designed.
This product must have a temperature range of -55 degrees to +125 degrees.
Is this possible? It is, after all, an automotive product.
In the datasheet there is not a value for the minimum junction temperature under Absolute Maximum Ratings.
It is sometimes stated in data sheets that you can use -40 to +125 products in -55 to +125 degrees,
but that you cannot guarantee the specifications given in the data sheet.
