BQ25731EVM: USB2ANY ONLINE GUI9 FAILS TO DETECT EVM

Followed the link: it takes you apparently to a different screen with options of all kinds of GUI. Downloaded rev 1,43, and went through the install.

Then in order to start the GUI, went to look for some exe file in the textas_instruement folder prog files, lo and behold, it had only 1 file: that to uninstall!

Ok, thought, let us uninstall. Select more recent GUI.

Exact same thing...after like 2 hrs( slow trafiic)

So there is something missing here...

Help!

Will appreciate if someone gives us the "trick"!

Did all of that. FYI: the USB2ANY does not really have any steps to follow but one has to guess what to do. So I guessed, after simultaneously pushing the button BSL1 & connecting the USB to the PC. It did start upgrading the firmware.

After that, a screen comes up. So then what?

I guessed: to let 3.3v /5v TURN ON>

When are you supposed to run BQ25731xxx.bqz exe from BMS?

I guessed maybe rerun the BMS installed. At the end, the same results. see attached screenshot. 

Online GUI? which one? And in what sequence?dev_ack_err.pptx

Can you have someone do a Teams meeting or zoom later ...tomorrow morning CA time?

We are stagnating for 7 straight days!

Yep: finally. Got it. Charger GUI it is.

Now the "easy" task is to start figuring out the ol' time stuff" register entries, codes etc...
