BQ27Z561-R1: Calibration step

Part Number: BQ27Z561-R1

Dear expert,

For Voltage Calibration, what's difference between A: " Send 0xF081 to AltManufacturerAccess() to enable raw cell voltage output on MACData()" and B: to use  0x08/09 Voltage()?

Can A be faster?

Customer use B for voltage calibration. After they suddenly change external voltage from 3.3V to 4V, they find 0x08/09 Voltage() need max 6s to get a stable voltage. It seems 0x08/09 Voltage() has some internal filter algorithm to avoid voltage jump? Is it expected?

Can A avoid this delay?

Thanks
