I believe it should work but it is better to connect VOSNS pin 5 to GND. In this case VTT pin is high and no issue for instability. I will do some bench test and confirm the functionality.

You wrote to connect pin 5 to GND. But pin 5 is the sense input for VTT. 

Shouldn't it be connected to pin 3 (VO)?

should the VO have a minimum load, or can it be left without any load?

Hi Asaf,

If VTT is not used, here is the configuration:

1- Connect VOSNS pin to VIN or to VLODIN. VOSNS high means VTT is not in closed loop and there is no need for output capacitor

2- EN pin 7 can be high or low because REFOUT is not controlled by EN

3- REFOUT is controlled by VIN. If VIN is below UVLO (2.3V typ), REFOUT is at 0V. If VIN is above UVLO, REFOUT is VDDQ/2
