TPS62745: Vout 3.3V application

Hello Sir:

I follow the figure 34 of datasheet to draw our schematic.

But I have some questions on this application.

If the output has short circuit or over current condition, will it effect the VSEL voltage stability or not?

May I use a divide voltage from input voltage for VSEL? Is it acceptable?

Please let us know your recommendations.

    Hello Statham,

    As long as you provide VSEL pins a high voltage between 1.2V-6V then using Vin to program the output voltage setting is acceptable. 

    You must ensure that the voltage on VSEL doesn't exceed the 6V ABS max rating, so I would recommend staying within the range of 1.2V-5V for HIGH setting of VSEL pins.
