UCC27210：maximum operating frequency

Class D amplifiers are currently designed to operate at 15MHz.

But LMG1210, 1205, and LM5113 are all out of stock.

I wonder if UCC27210 can reach this operating frequency?

    Hello Jia,

    Thank you for the interest in TI gate drivers. The GaN drivers you mentioned would be the best ones for the high frequency operation you mention. The UCC27210 and most 100V half bridge drivers have not been tested and confirmed to operate at frequencies up to 15MHz. In general the 100V drivers have been tested to confirm at least 1MHz operation with in some cases 2MHz to maybe 5MHz, 

    Do you need a half bridge driver< I assume this is the case. If a low side driver can work in your application, there may be some options in the low side drivers.
