TPS92360: CTRL pin Voltage vs Vin

Part Number: TPS92360

From the TPS92360 datasheet it looks like the allowed CTRL pin Voltage can be greater than Vin as long as it does not violate the absolute max of 7 V (recommended 5.5 V max). Is this the correct interpretation or does Vctrl have to be less than or equal to Vin? In my application I would would like to drive Vctrl with a 3.3V CMOS logic signal while Vin could be 2.7 V to 4.2 V. So, for example, Vctrl could be 3.3 V when logic 1 and at the same time, Vin could be 2.7 V.

Thank you.
