LM5020: LM5158, and LM3481 for isolated fly back with PSR

Part Number: LM5020
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5158, LM3481

Hello,

I am working on an isolated DC-DC Flyback converter (24 W output – 6V, 4A) with an input voltage range of 10~14V; like the figure below. I was looking into Primary Supply Regulation in a couple of controllers including (LM5020, LM5158, and LM3481) to reduce the BOM. However, for the LM5020 the minimum input voltage is 13V and LM5158 is out of stock.

Does primary side control limit my minimum input voltage? Limited by the UVLO?

Is it possible to use the LM3481 controller for a primary side-regulated flyback?

Thank you for answering.
