CSD19536KTT: SOA when OFF

Part Number: CSD19536KTT
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18535KTT, , LM5069

Hello,

I am an FAE for a distributor that handles TI products.
My customer is considering using CSD19536KTT and CSD18535KTT.
I received the following question from my customer.
(Question)
Regarding the MOSFET SOA, is the ON SOA different from the OFF SOA?
The background to the question is as follows.
Use a MOSFET with the LM5069.
It is expected that the FET will be turned off in UVLO, but I am concerned about exceeding the SOA requirements when transitioning from ON to OFF.
It would be fine if the SOA area is the same whether it is ON or OFF, but if the SOA area is narrower only when it is OFF, the customer thinks that confirmation is necessary.
The customer's reason for thinking this way is that the customer received information that the SOA of other companies' MOSFETs differs depending on whether they are ON or OFF. Not sure which manufacturer. . .

Best regards,
