My customer only supplies 24V on OUT pin of TPS2640 under system test condition. Other pins (including IN pin) are no power supply as follows. On this case, what is occurred? Is TPS2640 is damaged? Please advise us.
I hope "Capacitor on IN side charged from OUT pin through TPS2640 and when IN_Voltage is increased by operating voltage, "Reverse Current Blocking" is operated". But I think answer is unknown state and it is difficult to define TPS2640 behavior. Anyway, please let us know your comments.
